Our mission is to make your home project come to life and your dreams come true. With over 20 years as a contractor, Jim can handle any project. "I'll even get on a windy roof and plug a hole." We are family owned and have a great group of employees whose purpose is to help move your project from blueprints to construction to fencing and driveways and everything in between. AC Construction & Remodeling is an Owens Corning preferred contractor and has done projects for the City of Bandon. We do free roof inspections and provide free estimates.

AC Construction & Remodeling was established in 1995.
Serving Coos, Curry, Douglas and Lane Counties.

Jim's love of construction began when he was just 14 years old, building cages at the Bandon game park. By age 19 he had his contractor's license. He worked as superintendent for a large developer in California, receiving several awards before moving back in 1995 to start AC Construction & Remodeling. His favorite part of the business is working with his customers, creatively bringing their dreams to life. Truly caring for the customer's needs, not just their money.

Jim and Robin enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Ocean fishing, coaching youth sports, family events and travelling are all activities in which they participate. They support local youth sports, the Shriners and of course, the Oregon Ducks, and Oregon State Beavers!

I thought the first home you you built for my husband & I was the home we had been dreaming of.. Now with the second home you have built me, is my second dream come true and my home for a lifetime. It is more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Thank you for such a beautiful home

When I called AC Construction about our roof, they came right out and did the temporary repairs until it could be replaced.
They later replaced it in a timely fashion and did an excellent job. They also dealt with our Insurance company with made this a simple procedure for us.
